September 8, 2016 – There will be lane restrictions in Indiana on Upper River Road in the vicinity of the East End Crossing construction site September 12 – September 17 from 8 a.m.– 5 p.m. each day. Flaggers will be present during this time to assist in guiding traffic. Motorists are asked to use caution when in the area.
